I cooked the Quick ‘n’ Easy Bruschetta for a family BBQ and it was a WOW with the adults and the children alike.
I will definitely be cooking it again and again.

@ Marlene Hill – Its’ so simple but, so tasty. This recipe works well with bread that is a day or two old, drizzled with olive oil, put into a high oven, before putting the the tomato mixture on top.
